Return & Exchange Policy

   You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items
   Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Return Shipping Costs

   If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Refund
   Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for your order (excluding shipping fees). The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-returnable Items
   For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as underwear, swimwear, or opened cosmetics.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
